A Minnesota native, I’ve been painting since 2009 segueing into watercolor to decorate my calligraphy. After numerous awards and honors a framer once told me “I was in the wrong business” and needed to paint full time. I am presently a private practice family physician which has given me much inspiration and local support from patients, staff and colleagues.
I paint whatever interests me from portraits and abstracts to landscapes, floral and urban scenes.
I'm a resident artist at The Hive Gallery DTLA. A wonderful eclectic mix of vibrant art.
